Description
A common critique of DAFs is that they’re used to help wealthy people avoid paying taxes without actually donating to charity. Compared to a national payout rate of just over 20% per year, RSF’s payout rate consistently hovers around 70% – meaning our donors actually use DAFs for their stated purpose.
So what makes RSF different?
Following a short panel, attendees will collaborate to:
– Discuss their own experiences with DAFs: the good, the bad, and the ugly
– Brainstorm further innovations to reduce DAF friction and encourage real donations
– Develop messages to motivate DAF clients to channel more money towards its intended purpose of positive impact
