Description

How can catalytic capital be used to strengthen an entire community ecosystem? This interactive workshop will explore how a blend of grants, recoverable grants (RGs), and program-related investments (PRIs) can be strategically layered to support diverse community sectors — from housing and workforce development to education and healthcare — to drive deeper and more sustainable impact.

Drawing on real-world case studies, this session will also explore the critical role of robust impact reporting in ensuring that catalytic capital generates meaningful and lasting change. Participants will examine best practices on designing, measuring, and communicating holistic impact strategies — enabling funders and community partners to refine strategies, allocate resources effectively, and build trust with stakeholders.
