This 75‑minute Collaborative Forum showcases Nation Builder Collab’s Ubuntu‑rooted wellness journey across Gauteng, KwaZulu‑Natal, and the Western Cape as a new, place‑rooted model for social impact. Drawing on the “Lessons from the Bees” theme, the Wellness Baseline Questionnaire, and seven wellness domains, we present a practical, data‑informed approach to embedding collective care into leadership, culture, and financial sustainability. Participants will co‑adapt these tools to their own contexts, leaving with concrete, place‑anchored wellness practices and a shared roadmap for resilience and community‑centred systems change.
