Designing Flourishing Ecosystems: Building a Strategic Collaborative Infrastructure to Scale Impact

Ecosystems flourish when funders, practitioners, government, business, and community leaders come together to co-create, activate, and sustain collective impact. This highly interactive Skills Lab invites participants to workshop their own ecosystem or collaboration, exploring the three pillars of flourishing: the often hidden human dynamics of collaboration (self-awareness, vision, trust, conflict and uncertainty navigation), mapping infrastructure, and designing activation actions. Attendees will discover their unique role, connect across sectors, and leave with practical tools, new connections, and a deeper understanding of how to help ecosystems truly thrive.
