Empowering Economic Mobility through Amplified Voices

Learn from the key takeaways of The Good Jobs Fellows project in partnership with Radiant Data and Pacific Community Ventures, an assessment of entrepreneurial challenges, economic mobility, and job satisfaction in the US. We go behind the scenes to explore how AI-supported technology, people, and a community of practice allowed us to interview workers in small and medium-sized businesses and surfaced feedback that helped employers improve job quality. By enabling employees to provide open-ended voice feedback in their native languages, employers and stakeholder organizations can uncover critical themes and leading indicators that influence economic mobility and financial inclusion for their employees, on their terms.
