Four Directions of Capital: Braiding Indigenous Pathways to Shared Prosperity

This session explores how Indigenous-led capital systems move as interconnected ecosystems across housing, climate, and community development, with capital flowing as a waterway rooted in relationship. Grounded in the Four Directions of Capital framework, grants and capacity building, lending, de-risking tools, and ownership, speakers will share how capital can be layered, braided, and kept in motion to support multiple, reinforcing outcomes. Through Indigenous led models, this session will highlight how communities are strengthening capital flow and building pathways to long-term community wealth.
