From Climate Risk Blind Spot to Investment Action

Impact investors are increasingly expected to deliver measurable outcomes and long-term resilience. Yet many still do not assess whether portfolio companies can withstand flooding, extreme heat, wildfire, water stress, and other climate disruptions. This workshop offers a practical framework for building climate resilience screening into diligence and portfolio support. Led by a climate risk practitioner, an investor voice, and a WBCSD-informed business lens on adaptation and resilience, participants will test a simple screening approach and leave with a practical starting point for stronger diligence, smarter portfolio support, and more resilient impact.
