Refugee Lens Investing (RLI), advanced by the Refugee Investment Network, is gaining traction globally as investors deploy capital into refugee-led and refugee-supporting businesses. Yet in many markets, capital deployment remains constrained—not by lack of investable refugee talent or mission-aligned capital, but by fragmented pipelines, limited investment readiness, and weak market infrastructure.
