Description

Most conversations about inclusive entrepreneurship focus on whether it works. This session delivers proof. EforAll went from regional to national in 8 months — redesigning our delivery model, building technology infrastructure (NGX platform), and launching a bilingual accelerator serving 500+ entrepreneurs annually (80% women-owned, 76% BIPOC-owned businesses) across 13 U.S. markets. We did it while earning Great Place to Work certification and securing Stand Together Foundation partnership validation. This is not theory. This is a case study in what it takes to build national infrastructure for economic mobility when you’re serving the people who need it most — and what it costs to do it right.
