Description

Impact reporting is a powerful tool for building trust and mobilizing capital. But many people default to walls of data with no narrative and numbers that don’t connect the dots to the bigger picture. In this hands-on workshop, an impact associate who reads oodles of reports and a communications strategist who designs them team up to help you diagnose yours. Bring your own impact report, or any materials you use to communicate your impact. We’ll guide you through a self-assessment to evaluate where your impact communications are strong and where they’re falling short: from how you present data and tell stories to how you explain your big picture and design for real readers. You’ll leave with a practical tool and specific next steps.
