Kindness Is the Answer to Our Leadership Crisis

We are in a leadership crisis. Trust is eroding, communities are fracturing, and the problems we face demand something our dominant leadership models don’t teach: the capacity to build trust, listen across difference, and act on behalf of others. Kind leadership is not niceness. It is the disciplined practice of empathy, shared agency, and trust-building that enables people to do their best work and create lasting change. Drawing on Riley’s Way Foundation’s decade of work activating young leaders, this session gives participants hands-on tools to practice kind leadership and bring it back to their teams, organizations, and communities immediately.
