Impact organizations and financial institutions alike lose talent, momentum, and credibility when leaders cannot navigate conflict and communication breakdowns. This Skills Lab draws on 20 years of practice training leaders across nonprofit, labor, workforce development, and financial services sectors. Participants work through real scenarios using a practical conflict navigation framework, a typology of conflict and feedback, and trust-building practices grounded in research. The session is structured as a learning lab with partner exercises, reflection, and skill practice. Attendees leave with a reusable framework and handout they can apply immediately with their teams.
