Description

Most systems do not fail from lack of innovation – they fail from lack of access. In healthcare, billions in usable resources go to waste while millions remain underserved. This session introduces a field-tested model for turning surplus into systems of care, built across the U.S., the Navajo Nation, rural India, and humanitarian corridors in Gaza and Ukraine. Through this approach, over 12,000 patients have been served and more than $8M in value unlocked. Participants will not just learn the framework, but actively apply it to their own sectors, identifying overlooked resources and designing pathways that can be implemented immediately.
