Network Leadership: Facilitating Collaborations for Systemic Impact

Traditional hierarchical models of leadership are often insufficient to navigate today’s complex problems. This workshop reimagines leadership through an impact network mindset and approach, moving beyond top-down structures to effect change across complex systems. Facilitated by leaders from World Pulse, Seeding Justice, Shareholder Democracy, and Green America, participants will learn practical tools for shifting systems by cultivating impact networks that empower self-organization and shared leadership.
