Description

In New Brunswick, a small, bilingual province with no community sector council, a social innovation centre leader and a veteran community leader are doing something rare: building the infrastructure from scratch. This session brings together the co-chairs of that effort to share what they’ve learned about organizing a fragmented sector, building cross-sector trust, and making the case for infrastructure nobody has funded before. For practitioners in small jurisdictions, regions without a community sector voice, or anyone trying to build collective capacity where none exists, this is a replicable model in real time. Not a finished story, but an honest one.
