Description

Neighborhoods are the primary drivers of life outcomes, influencing economic mobility, physical health, and social wellbeing. MEDA‘s place-based economic mobility model responds to displacement pressures that began over three decades ago. Through innovation, audacity, community collaboration, and civic partnerships, MEDA has co-developed a suite of programs and local policies that have stabilized a neighborhood facing gentrification.
We’ll explore how this model aims to improve the quality-of-life conditions for the local Mission District neighborhood by collaboratively building an ecosystem of opportunities, while leveraging our client-driven financial coaching model to expand client’s ability to access economic mobility opportunities.
