Description

Most sustainability efforts remain disconnected from how businesses actually operate. Positioned as CSR or ESG add-ons, they rarely influence how value is created or distributed—and this is where impact quietly fails.

This session explores procurement as a system-level lever to change that. The Linens for LifeTM model, it shows how supply chains can be redesigned to transform waste into value while creating income for women producer groups, where many are excluded from or at the margins of the formal economy.

Structured as a hands-on Skills Lab, participants will apply a practical framework to identify opportunities within their own systems and redesign procurement to generate both social and environmental outcomes.
