Description
The global aid system is built on centralized control, slow capital flows, and limited transparency. This leaves communities to be the last to benefit. But what if aid was designed differently?
This session will explore how decentralized infrastructure can transform how capital moves in crisis settings. Through Aseel’s AidOS platform, we’ll share how local delivery networks, digital identity, and real-time data systems are enabling faster, more accountable aid across Afghanistan and beyond.
Participants will engage in rethinking how capital is deployed, governed, and measured—moving from top-down models to community-led systems. Together, we’ll explore what it takes to redesign aid systems that are transparent, scalable, and locally owned.
