Reuse as Infrastructure: Unlocking a $200B Market Through Systems

The shift from single-use to reuse is already underway, with a $200B+ market emerging. Yet most companies, especially CPG brands, cannot access it. Why? Because there is an infrastructure gap. Systems for collection, cleaning, logistics, and redistribution are not yet built at widespread scale. This is a hands-on working session where participants will design real-world reuse systems and map the capital, partnerships, and infrastructure required to make them work. We will challenge the assumption that better materials alone can solve waste, and instead explore how system design unlocks both environmental and financial value.
