Interactive workshop on how philanthropy, catalytic capital, institutional investors and private markets can work together to unlock sidelined resources and reduce deployment friction for Zero Bills affordable housing. Using the Octopus Affordable Housing Fund as a live case study, we’ll map key bottlenecks (mandates, risk, cost premiums), then co-design 3 deployable capital pathways (e.g., guarantees/first-loss, co-investment sleeves, private credit + TA). Grounded in real traction: the fund has already raised $66m (£50m) from a US private foundation.
