Description
As impact moves from the margins to the mainstream, we’re called to lead with greater intention—not just around outcomes, but around how we lead, build, and invest.
This interactive workshop is for mission-driven founders, social impact leaders, and nonprofit changemakers who want to align their values with their daily leadership. Together, we’ll explore what it truly means to be a conscious leader—from how we center the communities and environments affected by our work, to how we engage with capital, build technology, and shape company culture.
Through guided reflection, peer dialogue, and real-time mapping, participants will explore:
How to lead from a place of care, clarity, and courage
The difference between extractive and restorative systems (in capital, tech, and operations)
Ways to embed values into everyday decisions—not just branding
Practices to align your personal purpose with organizational impact
How to assess your ecosystem of stakeholders through a justice-informed lens
We’ll introduce and apply the Conscious Impact Map—a simple, reflective tool designed to help leaders ensure their values are integrated into every layer of their work. Participants will leave with a draft of their own map, plus actionable practices to support more conscious, heart-centered leadership.
