People’s fundamental motivation, context, and worldview is often determined by their spirituality. Broadly defined, one’s spirit includes “the immaterial intelligent or sentient part of a person, and the activating or essential principle influencing a person”. At the heart of all impact investing lies the ethical and value systems that are historically grounded in one’s spirituality.
