Change at an unprecedented scale has become our new normal. Navigating disruptions have stretched our teams and capabilities. While our organizations are changing to adapt to new realities, far less attention is given to supporting the people enabling these changes to succeed. What’s often missing isn’t more frameworks, but space to learn from our lived experiences. This session creates a space for us to slow down and surface what’s worked and share hard-earned wisdom with others who need it right now.
