Description

Central Texas is one of the country’s fastest-growing tech and manufacturing regions—yet thousands of jobs go unfilled while students lack clear pathways to reach them. The gap isn’t work ethic; it’s systems not designed to work together.

E3 Alliance is closing that gap. This place-based partnership unites schools, community colleges, employers, and workforce organizations around shared data and a common agenda. Enrollment in advanced manufacturing career pathways grew from 250 students to 3,300 in one year.

This session brings together the practitioners building this model. Participants leave with a framework for place-based workforce partnerships that are data-driven, cross-sector, and accountable to their communities.
