In most capital systems, those who contribute the most have the least say in how resources are allocated. This session challenges that logic and offers a field-tested alternative. CTS (Citizen Token System) is a family of civic protocols applied in Ukrainian communities, where decision-making power is allocated through verified contributions. Participants will engage in a live simulation of the CTS protocol and leave with a simple, adaptable framework for designing contribution-based governance in their own investment and community contexts.
