Drawing on real-world models, including AI-enabled financial coaching and nonprofit-led approaches to investing in employee financial wellness, we examine how these patterns influence individual decisions, organizational practices, and funding flows. Through interactive exercises, participants will identify these dynamics in their own contexts and co-create actionable strategies to better invest in the nonprofit workforce as a pathway to shared prosperity.
