Social impact leaders are navigating real pressure: economic, political, and personal, often while leading on a visible and public stage.
In Spring 2026, Platypus Advisors surveyed social impact leaders: 81% with 11 to 20+ years of experience, 68% leading programs with global scope, and 40% representing large technology companies with 10,000+ employees. Seasoned practitioners, at scale.
We’ll hear what resonates with our panelists, and how they’re managing change. Then, the audience is invited to take a live poll on some of the same questions, revealing (anonymously!) whether the temperature has shifted in six months, and where the SOCAP community stands today. Panelists will close with solutions and bright spots in response to data.
