About the Speakers:
Sara Ellis Conant is a coaching pioneer with over 20 years of experience. She started coaching in 2000 after being trained by her father, Dave Ellis, one of the founders of the coaching industry. Sara assists individuals and teams to make life-altering, lasting improvements in the areas of leadership, strategic planning, productivity, communication, and time management.
Between her tenures as a coach, she managed the corporate responsibility and sustainability services at Deloitte Consulting from inception to $150 million annual revenue. Sara has an MBA and BA from Stanford University, as well as advanced coach training and yoga teacher certifications. She co-founded a)plan with Michael Counts in 2017 and became the CEO in 2019.
Lawrence Ellis is Lead Sustainability Advisor for a)plan coaching. He coaches and consults with world-changing leaders, teams, and organizations to improve their individual and collective impacts exponentially. He also serves as Account Executive, Special Projects Coordinator, or Executive Coach on a)plan’s key sustainability accounts.
Lawrence has served in several executive leadership, consulting, and coaching roles across sectors. He was a director with one of the oldest change-leadership consulting firms in the US, Interaction Associates; served as Co-Lead of Thought Leadership for Health Equity across 750,000 people at Accenture, the world’s largest digital and tech consulting company; and is a producer of films and global tele-summits on sustainability. Lawrence received his MA in individual and large-scale transformation from Oxford University on a Rhodes Scholarship.
