Accountability in Impact Measurement and Management

Impact measurement has long been understood as a prerequisite for a legitimate impact investing practice but to date, there has been little consensus on what credible impact management looks like. Tools and platforms are proliferating – and so are the number of new funds looking for guidance. Are we any closer to an industry standard? In this session we’ll hear from practitioners, advisors, and platform-builders on where they see more “heat vs. light” in IMM; where they are focusing efforts to build and improve IMM practice and why; and the persistent challenges that could keep a common standard - the holy grail of impact management - just out of reach.
