Rethinking Resilience: Navigating Complexity in a Well Way

Long before the current challenges faced by the impact sector, ‘burnout’ had become normalized. At the same time, there is a drive towards organizational growth, pivoting, and rapid response to external circumstances. This experiential conversation and workshop focuses on redefining team resilience as a necessary precondition of sustainable work and leadership. We will explore how the nervous system responds to uncertainty, engage with frameworks that can help make the often invisible cost of working in a chaotic environment visible, and introduce concrete tools that can help leaders and teams advance their work from a place of greater grounding, connection, and balance. By the end of our time, participants will have a deepened understanding of what well-ness can look and feel like as well as new tools to help fuel it.
