Description

This workshop will explore how neuroscience intersects with collaboration, risk assessment, and decision making in social impact investing. Understanding how the brain processes uncertainty, ambiguity, and trust helps investors, funders, and entrepreneurs better recognize emerging opportunities, navigate complex challenges, and develop adaptive strategies.

We will examine how fear of failure, threat responses, and shame can distort our perceptions. The session address social impact due diligence through the lens of brain science, and participants will gain insights into how we can overcome cognitive limits in order to best respond to rapid change and vulnerabilities. It will feature real-world examples, interactive discussions, and audience participation to demonstrate how neuroleadership can enhance the success and sustainability of social impact investments.
