ROC USA has a critical and unique mission: helping residents of manufactured home communities buy the land under their homes and thereby secure their future. In order to give the organization more flexible capital to support its growth, PGIM’s Impact Investments team partnered with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to create a new structure that could fit nicely onto the balance sheet of a global insurance company.
