Today’s 14 to 24-year-olds are coming of age and finding their voice against a backdrop of unprecedented political, social and economic change. The next generation is not only becoming a driving force of change but accelerating it, as they redefine cultural norms, defy stereotypes and question decades-old assumptions.
In this session, we will discuss who Gen Z is, how these digital natives are setting new expectations for education and what businesses can do to prepare to meet their expectations today and tomorrow.
This session brings together Alison Medina, Consumer and Generational Strategist at EY, and Sarah Rapp, Alumni & Marketing Senior Manager at JA Worldwide, one of the world’s largest youth-serving organizations, to shine new light on Gen Z and how they see the future. We'll gain a deeper understanding of the divergent personas within Gen Z and how business and education can connect with them to reframe the future.
