Employees and Stakeholder Capitalism: Lessons on Employee Engagement, Activism, Compensation and More

Employees are by default one of the few most important stakeholder groups of any business, and so it’s reasonable to expect that a true transition to stakeholder capitalism would deliver a number of changes in companies’ relationships with employees.
