Employees and Stakeholder Capitalism: Lessons on Employee Engagement, Activism, Compensation and More

Employees are by default one of the few most important stakeholder groups of any business, and so it’s reasonable to expect that a true transition to stakeholder capitalism would deliver a number of changes in companies’ relationships with employees. This panel will sum up current trends and expected near-term developments around employee engagement for sustainability, employee activism, employee compensation (including sustainable 401k plans), as well as ESG-focused jobs.
