In light of the racial justice movement, widening inequality gaps on multiple levels as well as other related social issues, it has become clear that businesses can and should be doing more on diversity, equity and inclusion. With that in mind, this panel will recommend strategies and frameworks for setting goals and measuring company performance around these problems – so that verbal commitments can be matched by appropriate goal-setting and then effective tracking of respective actions.
