Preventing Workplace Sexual Harassment and Strengthening Gender Equity

The workshop is organised into three reflective, interactive sessions: 1) examining the drivers of workplace sexual harassment and identifying those most affected, 2) applying IMM to evaluate a positive workplace culture, and 3) initiating changes in workplace culture.
The workshop will cover the principles of gender equality and intersectionality in the workplace, highlighting how various inequalities can compound a person’s experience. The workshop will also include best practice criteria for positive workplace culture, including governance, leadership, culture, reporting, support and IMM.
