Description

By 2056, will the nonprofit sector turn into a block of operationally perfect, mega-NGOs, while community-led voices have been “administratively erased” by the AI capacity divide? This interactive Design Studio moves beyond AI as a tool to focus on AI as critical infrastructure. Led by a founder-technologist and a grassroots movement network leader, participants will use a “Future-Back” design approach to model the long-term impact of current funding inertia on AI infrastructure. Together, we will co-create a “Nonprofit AI Ethics & Shared Governance Framework” to ensure AI becomes a shared utility—like water or electricity—rather than a weapon of consolidation.
