Description

AI is reshaping every workplace. The skills employers now hire for — reasoning, critical thinking, collaboration, communication — are precisely what schools don’t consistently teach. Mindsets’ 13 Future Ready Skills framework changes that, giving K–12 students a measurable Skills Passport validated by WestEd, a federally-funded, nonpartisan nonprofit education research agency, which confirmed significant student growth in two of the 13 Future Ready Skills — the ability to reason mathematically (d≈1.20) and the ability to analyze and predict (d≈1.19) — with a 7.47x increase in engagement. Both are embedded in state education legislation across most US states — but rarely taught at scale. How do we change that — and who invests in it?
