SOCAP April 4, 2013

If you had $20,000, how would you fight poverty? D-Prize just launched 5 new challenges to help new social entrepreneurs to pilot their ideas in the developing world. Solve one of the challenges – and create a new organization that could help improve the lives of millions of people. Learn more at www.d-prize.org.
D-Prize is a call to the world’s brightest social entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs. Submit your idea to start a newdistribution initiative in one of our five challenge areas. If selected, we will award you $10,000-$20,000 to pilot your idea over a three-month trial period. D-Prize will fund a total of 5-15 social entrepreneurs in 2013. If your pilot is successful, we will help you to launch your work and attract significant support.
